Steven A Pescatore, Owner/Founder is a Consultant, Real Estate Investor, and General Contractor. He spent over 3 decades working in Corporate Real Estate as an executive for several Fortune 500 companies and has over 20 years’ experience in residential Real Estate. Steven assisted dozens of clients with strategy, execution, and project management.
In his current consulting role, he provides full service turnkey resources, including; coaching, private lending, analytics, home evaluations, value design and vendor selection to assist clients in completing their projects while achieving the desired return on investment.
Steve is also an author, he just published a book on real estate investment called “Flipping Houses Is It for You?”. The book is available on Amazon.com, and BarnesandNoble.com.
